Pompous Circumstances

It's that time of year again. Where "Pompous Circumstance" is in your head all month, and you see robes wherever you go. Its graduation time! The time that always gets me raring to go back to school... Oh well... Some day. I really want to accomplish that... but it's just going to take some time. So many people I know graduated from college this month. It's been four years since I've graduated highs school, so I figured there would be quite a few that I knew. I was really happy for them! I was able to attend a few too...
Laura Webb, one of my roommates from my freshman year- the one roommate who ended up getting switched to our apartment last minute after another one dropped out (Thank goodness things happened like they did)- graduated from the Theater Dept. at SUU. She was the one person I always knew I could talk to about the Theater Dept., and I knew she's just "get" what I was talking about. I love her and her gorgeous red hair to death- very talented! She gave a beautiful speech at the ceremony also. I wasn't able to get it all, but if you know Laura, and want to watch it, I posted what I had of it. Great Job Laura and Congrats!! You'll be great in Arizona!

Also, my sister in law Judy graduated from SUU as well. I'm amazed how dedicated Judy is. She stuck with everything, even with getting married, working, having a baby, and having that sweet baby have open heart surgery... She's amazing to finish everything like she did and I really look up to her. She's great! When they called her name to walk, Laura and I tried to get everyone in the family to do the wave... but it didn't work to well, so we ended up just looking like a bunch of weirdos... :) Congrats to you too Judy!!

Also- Lindsey (My sister in law) graduated from institute! Yay for her! Her and Steve fit so well together and we're so glad she's in the family!
Many more of my friends graduated this semester, and I'm proud of them all! Great Job guys! I was glad I got too see a lot of you walk, and good luck to all those who are continuing on with their education... I'll get there someday. :) And now this week, we'll be going to high school graduatuons... Yay...

My sister graduated in the same department, so I'm surprised we didn't see you at graduation! Compared to most graduation ceremonies, I thought that one was at least somewhat entertaining!

So... my bad for catching up with blogs now and it's been pretty much two months? Ah ha... anyway, I love you Jenna and I couldn't appreciate you more for coming to my graduation and saying hi. It meant a lot and it made me really miss you! I want to come see you before I move to AZ but I'm going to be chaperoning every night... I might have to come for a day trip. Let me know when is good for you (probably a Saturday or Sunday.) Thanks for all your love and support!
