Our little peanut:
First: Yes Micklee- We're VERY excited. haha. We've actually been trying for a little while and started to get a little worried. But luckily, the Lord knew timing better than we did. :) Not to say I'm not nervous at all... :) Two is a LOT different than one. But I'm so excited to have our family grow again! I could feel a little one for a while now.Second: I'm due in March! We were a little confused, just because we thought we were a little farther than we actually were... thanks to crazy cycles... :) So Dallin will be almost 3 (3 weeks apart). I'm a little nervous about having a baby in March... Just because of the freak snow storms that always come... :) But I guess I just need to have a little faith. March doesn't seem soon enough to see this little baby though!! :)
Third: I'm feeling ok... I haven't been throwing up thank goodness... but I have been really nauseated!!! I just have to keep psyching myself out so I don't go running to the bathroom. haha. (Probably too much info). I have been cramping though, which of course, I've been really worried about, but when we got the ultra-sound, they said the baby looks just fine and I just have a pregnancy related cyst on my ovary. Has anybody had those? I guess I just wait until it bursts or something. (P.S. I'm just amazing how much stuff is already happening in there! They didn't have me listen to the heartbeat yet- I'll do that next appointment- But I could totally see this little heart beating! I'm just in total awe at how our bodies can do this! :)
This Pregnancy has been a lot different than Dallin. I'm hoping this baby is just throwing me off, and all of a sudden I'll feel better in a week, and have a perfect pregnancy!! (But I kind of doubt it.) Anyway- I'm very very excited. So is Dallin, although, I'm not quite sure he fully realizes what he's in for. After we got the ultra-sound, I brought out the picture to show him, and he just kept saying "Oh Tute!!" (Oh Cute!), over and over again. He wanted to HOLD the picture of the baby on the way home. We decided we'd ask him a few questions...
(On the way home to Orderville)
Us: "Dallin, are we having a boy or a girl?"
Dallin: "A durl!" (He always says this answer)
Us: "Really! And what color eyes will she have?"
Dallin: "Um... Pink!"
Jeff: "Oooohh... an albino baby!"
Jenna: "And what color hair will she have?"
Dallin: "Hmmm... Blonde!"
Jenna: "Do you think it will be straight or curly?"
Dallin: "Um... Um.. Hmmm... Straight!"
(Dallin looks intently on the the picture of his new sibling...)
Dallin: "Oh tute!!!!"
So apparently our baby is going to be very "tute"! I can't wait!
